Veterinarian
Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Dr. Vrushali Chavan graduated from Bombay Veterinary College in 2006 before moving to the U.S. to further her studies. She earned a Master’s in Biomedical and Veterinary Sciences from Virginia Tech, and spent six years as a research associate, publishing peer-reviewed work in her field.
After relocating to upstate New York in 2018, she completed the rigorous ECFVG certification and became a licensed U.S. veterinarian. Dr. Chavan is passionate about animal welfare and approaches her work with a deep sense of care and integrity.
She lives with her husband, Mathew, their daughter, and their cockapoo Zoey. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and birding.
