Dr. Genevieve Morse

Dr. Genevieve Morse is originally from the Pacific Northwest near Seattle. She completed her undergraduate degree at Northeastern University in Biology in 2008. She attended University of Wisconsin at Madison for her veterinary education and graduated in 2012.

After veterinary school, she pursued additional training in a year-long rotating (emergency and specialty) internship in Chicago at Veterinary Centers of America (VCA) Aurora and VCA Berwyn Animal Hospitals. Following her internship, she decided to move to the Capital District where her husband’s family is from and pursue a career as a small animal general practice veterinarian. Dr. Morse worked at VCA Animal Health Center in Clifton Park as a veterinarian since 2013 and medical director since 2017. She is excited to be joining the amazing team at Moreau Animal Clinic!

Dr. Morse enjoys making connections with pet owners and pets while helping pets live their best and most healthy lives. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a particular interest in dermatology, dentistry, and geriatric care.

Dr. Morse lives in Clifton Park with her husband, Pete, two children, Eliza and Trevor, and two cats, Agnes and Margo. In her spare time, Dr. Morse enjoys spending time with friends and family and reading.
